Working within a fast paced customer focussed environment you will coordinate a portfolio of customers, being the named account contact for all customer queries and requests, including both ad-hoc and standard reporting.
These roles provide the communication between the customer and the organisation across a number of departmental functions ensuring that service levels are met and that the customer’s expectations are exceeded.
Applicants should have a track-record in offering exceptional levels of customer care and have a deep commitment to continuous improvement and excellent service delivery. They will be proficient in MS packages, have the ability to manage and prioritise their daily workload, a strong sense of ownership of customer issues, effective communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
