Working within a fast paced customer focussed environment you will coordinate a portfolio of customers, being the named account contact for all customer queries and requests, including both ad-hoc and standard reporting. 

These roles provide the communication between the customer and the organisation across a number of departmental functions ensuring that service levels are met and that the customer’s expectations are exceeded.

Working as part of the Customer Service team and offering data input support for the front line service.

You will have a record of efficient and accurate data input in previous roles, the ability to prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines.

The successful applicant will be responsible assisting with the management of the Company’s fleet and to ensure compliance with all statutory & Company Transport rules and regulations.

This role covers a wide variety of programme duties, including logging all goods inward, despatching goods outward, ATM cassette cleaning, assembly repair and configuration, stock control and general warehouse duties.

The successful applicant will assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of the Branch.

Applicants will need first class communication and organisation skills together with a flair for supervising and motivating others. (Previous supervisory experience is desirable).
