Cash & Valuables In Transit (CVIT) is the transportation of cash or valuables from one location to another. CVIT operatives are subject to the highest standards of training and security. Loomis offer a range of services that suit the varying needs of small, medium and large companies.

How Does CVIT Work?
Once cash has been collected, it is placed into a safe on the security vehicle and transported to the nearest Loomis branch. Cash is then transported over-night to the bank of choice and banked the next working day.

If CVIT is paired with our Cash Processing Services, the need for cash to be walked to a bank is removed, as is the time spent waiting for it to be counted and processed. Utilising both of these services will not only save you valuable time, you may also find that your bank reduces the charges they may levy for this over-the-counter service. Also to be borne in mind is the potential risk to you or your staff in walking the cash to the bank, which is negated as Loomis collect from your premises.
