Loomis offer a range of comprehensive coin services, whether you need coin to be delivered or collected from your premises. Coin is needed to facilitate the millions of cash transactions carried out every day within the retail sector. Loomis offer these services in conjunction with all the major banks, tailoring our deliveries and collections to meet the needs of businesses that require the timely supply of change.

Coin Delivery
To facilitate the ordering of coin, Loomis provides an Automated Ordering System. It is open 24-hours a day and allows customers to conveniently place orders for coin and notes, simply by following a set of step-by-step telephone instructions using a standard touch-tone telephone. If a mistake is made at any stage, then the call will automatically transfer to one of our support staff who will assist.

If your order is placed before an agreed time, then we guarantee delivery the following day. When using the Automated Ordering system, your order enters our system with maximum accuracy. In fact, the order that you place follows an automatic route via the servicing branch, all the way to the security guard that delivers your cash.
Collections are on a scheduled basis but, adhoc services are available with 24 hours notice.

Coin Collection
All our coin collections follow the same security processes that we adhere to within our Cash and Valuables in transit collection procedures.

Once collected by either our daily collections or by specialist bulk coin vehicles, the coin is transported to a coin centre and processed. The coin is then banked at the customers appointed bank and once verifi ed, credited to their account.

Comprehensive reporting is available for full visibility of your coin.
