Loomis FX delivers a third year of growth in the UK
Volumes of foreign currency collected and processed by Loomis in the UK have continued their upward journey in 2016.
Launched by Loomis to support UK customers with their evolving foreign currency needs, Loomis FX has delivered year-on-year volume increases since 2013.
2016 saw Loomis transport and process almost 60% more foreign currency than in 2015 – marking a third consecutive year of growth since the service commenced in the UK.
As Loomis collect foreign currency alongside normal cash in transit and utilises its own fleet & processing centres, it can offer transparent collection and processing costs. It publishes its rates daily and provides the option of fixing the rates on collection date.
The FX solution has attracted a number of new customers to Loomis, with 2016 no exception and several household names have joined the ranks of valued customers who rely upon Loomis FX.

With an eye to continued growth in 2017 and beyond, Loomis recently announced the roll-out of an additional FX regional hub in Manchester, increasing efficiency for the national network and providing capacity to support the current rate of growth.
