2016 set to be another busy year for Loomis Special Services

While 2015 was a hugely successful year for the Special Services team, 2016 is set to be an even bigger one for the ultra-specialised division of cash management provider Loomis UK.

With over 5,000 unique services performed in 2015, the team were responsible for delivering more solutions than ever before and rose to meet the complex challenges of their most diverse range of requests yet!

From transporting a million pounds for ITV’s Daytime competition, collecting the cash takings from multiple festivals and concerts for Volt or supporting J&S Bars at the Willow Festival, the Special Services team have developed unique solutions for an even wider array of customers with a whole assortment of needs.

Adept at creating bespoke solutions for the safe collection, transport or storage of high value items, the Loomis Special Services team work with financial institutions, events organisers, retail clients and those in many other sectors. 

In placing a global network of resources at customer’s disposal, Loomis provide secure, efficient, and tracked services that are completely insured – that means customers also gain that priceless peace of mind, which comes with every Loomis solution.

Playing a fundamental part in the development of these solutions, and in the day-to-day operation, is Matthew O’Neill.

Matthew has worked at Loomis for over 6 years in a number of co-ordination roles, and joined the Loomis Special Services team early in 2013.

We aim to make the set up process as easy as possible right from the start; here's a quick outline of what to expect once you submit your request: 

  • You will receive a New Account Request form (here we capture more about your company, address details and other necessary information)
  • Upon receipt of a completed form; we will create your New Account and issue our standard terms and conditions
  • Included within will be confirmation of the collection day for your service
  • Once the contract is fully executed, you will be asked to complete a short form regarding the placement of your new SafePoint device
  • Once returned, an ETA for the installation will be given, with your services commencing shortly after this is complete
  • You will also receive a Welcome Pack and site survey from your local servicing depot.
