BSIA will host at Total Workplace Management
The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) has announced it is to occupy a stand at this year's Total Workplace Management conference.
According to Sourcesecurity.com, BSIA's Information Destruction section will manage the stand at the exhibition, which will take place on October 11th - 12th, at London's Olympia.
The section will be at stand B56, reports have confirmed.
The industry body will also play host to a panel, which is aimed at helping companies understand how to make the most of their security systems. The subject is so wide-ranging that it has the potential to cover topics from in-house IT security to a company's cash management set-up.
In fact, the entire conference - arranged in co-ordination with the British Institute of Facilities Management - could prove useful to those businesses hoping to improve their security processes. Its specific aim is to help companies' facilities management professionals monitor the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their security system.
Bsia.co.uk confirmed those taking part in the panel discussion; stating that Peter Stanton - BSIA's CCTV specialist - will appear alongside BSIA's Access Control expert, Nigel Smith and Christopher Lawrence, from BSIA's Security Consultancies team.
Furthermore, the panel will be presented by BSIA's technical director, Alex Carmichael, who will also moderate the discussion.
