Ashley Bailey

Ashley Bailey - Managing Director

Ashley started his career with Ford Motor Company having graduated from Loughborough University in 1989 with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management.

In 1997, Ashley joined Pitney Bowes Management Services as Finance Director and was appointed Managing Director in 1999.

In 2007, Ashley joined Loomis, where he led the successful sale of the majority of the activities of LCM Ltd to Vaultex Ltd.

Following the retirement of the previous MD, Ashley assumed the interim leadership of Loomis UK in January 2008, being permanently appointed in June 2008.

Ashley has spent the last year engaging colleagues across the business in the UK and Europe to ensure the organisation is well placed to deliver the standard and level of service expected by Loomis and our customers alike and this is reflected in the ongoing performance record.

Stuart Bartlett - Commercial Director

Stuart, joined Metal Box plc after graduating from Exeter University in 1981 with a degree in Economics.

In 1995, Stuart joined Pitney Bowes plc working for their Financial Services Division.

He remained with Pitney Bowes for the next 13 years working in senior Sales & Marketing positions within their Mailing Machine business and finally, within the Managed Services division as Commercial Director.

Stuart joined Loomis in August 2008 as Commercial Director and has looked to restructure the Commercial Department to make it easier for current and prospective customers to become aware and benefit from the full range of Loomis products and services.

Anne Lewis - Operations Director

Anne joined the BBC as a trainee engineer in 1982. Anne worked for NCR and Olivetti from 1986 to 1994.

Anne joined Loomis in 1994 as the ATM Training and Development Manager. Anne gained a BSc (Hons) in Statistics in 1996 from the Open University and following winning a scholarship from the Guardian Newspaper gained an MBA from Manchester Business School in 2001.

In 2002, Anne became Managing Director of Loomis Technical, the company formed from the acquisition of Micro-route and designed to provide ATM and PC technical services to Loomis customers.

In 2005 she transferred to a Group position as President ATM Services, promoting ATM work in all of the country operations.

In 2008 Anne returned to the UK operation as Head of Cash Management and was promoted to UK Operations Director at the end of 2008. Anne's goal is to ensure that the operating divisions within Loomis work more closely together under one leadership.

Tony Benson - Risk Director

Tony joined Loomis in April 2001 and has worked in the UK cash industry since 1988.

During this time, Tony has worked on and chaired many Industry committees including the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) Y2K for which he won the BSIA Chairman’s award.

Tony currently Chairs the BSIA CVIT Security Committee and is involved with many Industry initiatives such as the European stained note working party, Cash Centre Security Standards, ATM standards etc. He has been responsible for introducing many innovative procedures and systems, which have become common practice within the CVIT industry such as biometric access control systems, cash neutralisation systems, and cash replenishment procedures.

Tony is also an expert in crime prevention and Tiger Kidnap and is often asked to speak at Industry events on such matters. He is also often used as an expert witness in the courts.
