Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays and calls cost 2p per minute at all times, plus your phone company's access charge.

Existing Customers
Existing customers should call their Account Manager or their servicing branch in the first instance.

    To place an order for cash or coin then use our automated IVR service on 0845 045 0330
    If you haven't used this service before and would like to do so, please speak to your account manager or servicing branch.

    For support with an installed SafePoint secure please click the 'SafePoint Secure Support' option on the left.
  • SafePoint i-Range Support
    For Technical Support with your installed SafePoint i-Range solution (for SafePoint i-Deposit and SafePoint i-Station but not SafePoint secure) contact 0370 600 6665
