Cash Forecasting Coordinator – Dunstable

Working as part of a team in Dunstable, the primary function of this role is to provide an accurate, effective and efficient forecasting service to Loomis customers.

The primary skills required for this role are a high standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong organisational ability. This with excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills and a good working knowledge of Excel.

Main duties will be the collation, manipulation and interpretation of information and data from a bespoke software package. The continuous monitoring of this data and manual adjustment, where required. The production of accurate and timely reports, extensive telephone liaison and resolution of customer queries.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work to fixed deadlines and make key decisions in a busy environment.

Applicants should be highly motivated and business focused, with the ability to successfully deliver high standards in a customer services environment. They will need to show a deep commitment to continuous improvement and share best practice, with particular emphasis on attention to detail and excellent service delivery. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your daily workload and have a strong sense of ownership while delivering high levels of accuracy.
